During your one on one session we will begin by assessing your movement in our full body analysis. The foot and ankle are the foundation of movement and important to be assessed for any condition or limitation. We will take a deep dive into your strength, range of motion, joint and soft tissue flexibility to address any limitations. We provide you with all the information and instructions you need at and in between each session so you maintain your progress and reach your full potential!
