We did this by performing our complementary movement analysis where we perform a comprehensive full-body screen to assess your movement and perform an injury screen. We then take our deep dive assessing your range of motion, strength, joint and soft tissue mobility to get to the root cause of your limitation so you never have to worry about something getting missed!
We will address these impairments in our one on one sessions where you will have individualized attention, hands on techniques, and exercise instruction.
